  • uniform (both)

REMINDERS

  • ONE FALSE START AND OUT

  • MUST CHECK IN AT EVENT 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO START

  • MUST HAVE RELAY CARD AND BATON FOR ALL RELAY RACES

  • BE CONFIDENT AT ALL TIMES

  • BE A GOOD TEAMATE/SUPPORTIVE

  • IF YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND SOMETHING ASK A COACH OR OFFICIAL

  • ALLOW YOURSELF PLENTY OF WARM-UP TIME
